New 'do, new view
It's amazing what getting about 3-4" of hair chopped off can do for your outlook on life. Don't need no Carmen Carmen. Great Clips works just fine for me. Under $20 for a great cut. Now I look professional and kinda chic, and it looks good straight and will look cute curly.
NOW, I'm ready for an interview. Of course, the dreaded question is, what do I wear??? Cause guess what -- suits are not de rigeur. Wear something comfortable. Yeeeah. All black quasi-goth - that should go over well. Though I was in all black when I met one of the people who will be interviewing me. Nice black skirt and sweater set. So more NY professional black than goth black.
We've been without heat since last night, but the HVAC guy is en route. Just the downstairs. The kids have had heat. Multi-zone heat - love it when it all works, when it doesn't, someone gets to freeze and this time its the downstairs.
Off to make dinner. And ponder clothing... (and nail color, and makeup...)
