Funny regardless - but absolutely HILARIOUS if you grew up watching the original Johnny Quest cartoons...I believe the voice of "Dash" is the original gentleman who voiced Race...
Not only do they have the original voice actor for Race in that (his name escapes me at the moment), but Dr. Danger is voiced by Don Messick (one of his last roles, too) who was the voice actor for Dr. Benton Quest.
