ok i haven't felt it in a while. a good few months. and it just appeared last night out of nowhere. :( i couldn't talk or laugh with anyone. there's this certain ex-boyfriend who spins me out into uncomfortable land. ok that's not fair. it could have also been the substances. ok come to think of it.... i felt it friday too. weird. mind over matter i guess...
