Divorced!
Who's down with D-I-V? yeah you know me!! :-P
So yeah, got my papers signed and notarized today. It still needs to process through the intestines of NYS, but my part is done, so I'm counting it as official :-P
I'm divorced!!! And that's NOT a bad thing, NOT a shameful thing, and NOT a thing to be sad about anymore.
It's a new day.
Not much else to say other than that I'm just very happy to have it finally over, done with, and grateful for the amicability between Tom & I, and that we're both in much better places than we were 2 years ago. We've healed, we've moved on, we've stayed friends, and we're with wonderful people much MUCH better for us both now.
And so it goes :)
