miss you..
So, anyway, it's definitely been a while. Due to recent criticisms of my lack of a journal, I have decided to update again.
so what's happened in the past uhh 5 months or so? let's seee.. I am now officially a cornell-bound student, as of sometime in December. im really excited to play hockey there, too, as i love the coaches and the girls seemed really nice while i was on my official visit :D.. high school is high school, as usual, and continues to be the bane of my existence, as im sure many can agree. midterms start tomorrow, opening with lovely ap english tomorrow morning. excitement certainly awaits me there, in the form of poetry analysis and identifying authors... hmmm
I somehow managed to convince my parents to let me drive to boston alone to see steve over the fall semester, 3 times. So those visits were realllly fun. anyway, he just left to go back to bc this morning, so that was hard. we celebrated our one yr anniversary(one year? holy shit) a little shy of the 25th because of his due-back-to-college-date, but it was wonderful anyway. im hoping i can get everything together to visit sometime in mid-february, because those visits make life so much better :D i<3boston, even though im super jealous and actually hate it when im not there.
aside from all that, my indoor team qualified for 'a' pool at nationals, which are sometime in early march in VA beach. that should be fun, hopefully we leave the world of indoor field hockey forever on a good note.
