Unfortunately, I am feeling embarrassed of being a Kansan right now. I'm currently watching "365gaynews" on LOGO and Kansas made it into the show 3 times (in 30 minutes) - all negative. 1. Coverage of the Phelps clan protesting the funeral of a deceased passenger from the plane crash in Buffalo. 2. A Kansas National Guard service member kicked out due to Don't Ask, Don't Tell. 3. The Topeka Public Library's decision to ban those 3 "sex" books. It's just embarrassing - what is with us?! I love my home state damnit, why do they keep shaming me?
