Rain, rain, rain
is a good thing for the veggies, but between the rain, the 99 degree heat today, and my mom running around the house party prepping like a mad woman, blueberry picking didn't happen this week - I'm tempted to go buy a bunch - too silly! - at a buck a pint profit if we sell them, but I don't think so. By the time I get out there it'll already be an hour into the market! Then again, they ARE open till 7 tonight...
We have quite a bit though, lots of full size and cherry tomatoes, onions, cukes, peppers, summer squash, beans, carrots, beets, and new potatoes. Maybe I'll be able to bring blueberries or blackberries next week...Oh, farming!
