Spain is so close, yet so far!
Well, friends, I only have a few short days in the states before I go to Spain. And let me tell you.. they have been interesting days. Then again, as much as I think that my life sucks, its really phenomenal and I am actually really lucky. So... I have pretty much been working a lot and getting stuff together for Spain. Don't worry Mary Pope, there is still nothing in my suitcase. I hung out with Tracy (Yeaaaaaaaah) and we will most likely be watching Monty Python this weekend or something. I also saw Cars with my mom... and its a really cute movie. I really liked it. I also saw the movie that Al Gore made, called An Inconvenient Truth... and it too is PHENOM!! Very interesting. Ummm... other than that, babysitting, hanging out at home and constantly being on facebook (per my usual), sleeping if I can ever settle down enough to do so, and letting my brain rot courtesy of SNL. Man, I LOVE SNL. No, for real. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to buy all of them on DVD or something. But alas, we can't. Well, really I would just watch a lot of Weekend Update when it was with Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey... and Amy Poehler is good too. And I would also buy the one with Pierce Brosnan as the host... holy hell, he is SoooooooooOOOOOoooooo funny.
Ok, I am for real bored. My boss needs to come back to the office stat. I am going nuts. But atleast I am listening to Spanish music and practicing my Spanish at the same time. (Obviously, I am not working on my Spanish right now).
I still can't believe that I leave in 5 days!!!!! This time next week, I will be at the Palacio Real in Madrid. It just seems so unreal that its here already!
Oh, and I am trying to do the whole calling of people. But please call me if you get the chance because I have a lot of people to call and to be honest, I keep forgetting to call people. Or I am just lazy. Both are very characteristic of me.
