Ya know what needs to be legalized? Ass kicking. I mean seriously, if ass kicking was legalized the world would be such a better place. People would be so much NICER to eachother because they'd know that if they fucked someone over they could get their ass kicked and there'd be nothing anyone could do about it. People might actually start to "treat others as they would want to be treated". I think part of the reason people do/say shitty things to others is because they don't have to answer for it. They are safe behind legal protections and thus can treat you however they like without consequince.
We all know people who we really think, or who we really KNOW should just get the ever-loving shit beat out of them. Unfortunatly to carry through with such a beating would bring serious jail time upon the beater, which I feel is very unfair. The law should be changed so that if you wanted to kick someone's ass, all you had to do was explain to a jury why you thought the ass kicking was justified and they'd have a majority vote on whether they agree with you. See? I win. America wins.
