In the words of the immortal Friar Tuck...

So, the guys call me today... "Let's go out to dinner!" I, being a fool, accept... I figure, 'Yay, dinner out, better than cafeteria food!' Dinner is normally 5 PM here at school... they call me at 8pm and say, "Hey, we're about 5 minutes away." By this point I've already put away two beers to tide over my hunger. So we finally get there. They drop me off to reserve a table so tha the half hour wait is a little shorter as my cousin runs to his work to get the wallet he left there... So, I head to the bar... add a Labatt's blue... 'You know that Canadian beer, it's like moonshine!' Add to that two more during the course of dinner, and a kahlua and cream with desert and most of Joe's Taquaria and Tonic sinc ehe was taking a call, and I'm rather lit for the evening.
So, we hop in my cousin's new car... where all the other cars' lights kinda blur on the way home. Even so, I heppan to notice as he drives by my school. "Where we going?" I ask... "To the Pub!" comes the reply from them both. So we get there... "Tequilla Sunrise." I request... which is quickly honored. I take my time on it, knowing I've had enough tonight. I finish it evetually and set it on the Bar. After a few momens of talking with the guys I notice them grinning. They point to the bar where a fresh drink awaits... They bought so I drank... fool that I am... then we pile back in the car and I go home... so here I am, considering my evening, and all Ican do is to quote Friar Tuck from Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves, "This is grain, which any fool can eat, but for which the Lord intended a more divine means of consumption. Let us give praise to our maker and glory to his bounty by learning about... BEER!"
Shalom!
