(no subject)
My cats are making me very angry. They are bad. They aren't allowed on the table or kitchen counters, stove (duh), etc. We "trained" them by squirting them with a spray bottle. So what have they learned? Not to go on the counters/table when we're home. They think they're so smart but they always leave evidence that they've been on the counters or table. I left a package of mice on the table last week and now the mice are all over the hosue. Ok, they probably smelled the toys so it wasn't really fair of me to expect them to leave them alone. However, this morning I've found chives all over the floor. One of the cats is obviously picking the chives out of the herb pot. Also, one of them knocked a pot off a ledge in the kitchen. That's just today. They are always doing stuff like this and it's when we're not around to catch them in the act. And I know there is zero point (besides releasing some of my anger) to punishing them after the fact. It's just so fucking annoying that I can't put stuff where I want it - I always have to think about the bad cats. Add to that my pms right now and I just want to cry.
