I have lost a couple more pounds. In January, I weighed 160 pounds (gasp I hate admitting my weight) and I am now about 146-148. I would like to be in the range of 120-130 so that means about 20 more pounds to go. I went for a run today for the first time in 3 weeks (I was lazy on my little holidays) and managed to do about 3.5km. Thursday, I am going to attempt my first 5km. And I want to sign up for a race at the end of summer. I have no goals of doing well in the race, I just want something to work toward...
