Voting - Round 1, Semi-Finals

Again, many apologies for being late with this (and not just by a mere few hours this time, either).

Please make sure you check out the rules this week since they are a little different with the nature of this being a semi-final and all!

So before we get to the icons, here's the RULES FOR VOTING:

• This week you are voting for 4 ICONS - 2 from the first category, and 2 from the second. For each category, you must pick a MOST favorite and a LEAST favorite. You're choices must be one of each for both categories. You're two most favorite cannot both be out of the 'light' category and your two least out of the 'dark' category.
• A reason is REQUIRED as to why they are your least/most favorite.
• Remember this is voting based on technique. Just because they used the same cap as you or everyone else does not qualify a reason. Saying a crop is simply "bad" doesn't cut it. Saying something along the lines of 'Crop of the image throws off the icon's balance' is more what we're looking for, if you get my drift.
• Also for this week, the THEME IS a basis for your voting. The semi-finalists were given specific instructions to construct one icon of 'light' quality, and one icon of 'dark'. You are to judge on this basis - who interpreted the instructions the best, without having too little or too much in both categories. Which icon best utilizes the respective quality required for the category. 
• Only votes sticking to these rules will be counted.
• Anybody is allowed to vote in this challenge, even if you are not a participant or member.
• If there is an icon you enjoy, but do not vote on as your most favorite, you can leave a comment about it. These will not be counted towards voting in anyway, but is a good way to give feedback on another icon you aren't voting for.

Despite the lateness of this post (due to no fault of anyone but myself), Voting will still close Thursday, March 18th at 11 PM EST. From the experience of the all the previous challenge, the loss of time should not affect the number of votes. LoL! You can find time zone converter HERE.
