hey! yes, it's been 4 years and i got hooked onto fandom again. it took me two hours to post cause lj's changed so much/i was never good with the lj system. that was a huge reason why i stopped, it wasn't user friendly at all and it took me hours to post anything.

but yeah, hopefully i'll be catching up with everyone on my flist!

Yeah, I've been here all this time but still have trouble cuz I use a tablet and LJ is very not-tablet-friendly. -.-; *le sigh* I'm back in England until next weekend when I'm in Germany/Luxembourg for 2 months. Sooooooo can't wait OMG. I hate it here. *sobs*

I loved the story - the progression from just starting out until now was an interesting idea and I thought you did well in capturing his frustrations and joys. (Chelsea won \o/ *happy Blues fan*) I'm not a fan of Torres tho but I do hope he's able to regain form...it sucks having shit happen like that and having to recover from it...

Welcome back <3

as you can see, still editing that post. the spacing was off and it really bugged me. >__< this is why i really don't like lj sometimes.

england is fun! germany is even better though. i love living in germany. are you in london then? since you're a blues fan? i follow national teams and players, so its really hard to follow a club with all the transfers and whatnot. huge fernando torres fan though, so i really liked chelsea after his transfer. and he got so much crap from the media about it...

thanks for the welcome back. i'm on twitter too. it's so much more user friendly.

I have a twitter account (several) but don't use it. I tend to get swamped too easily and ignored and I don't like it. (but I can PM it to you if you want to add me? For the very rare times I am on there >.>)

Yeah, the press seem to do that a lot, and most of it is unfair, just stirring up unnecessary drama, imho. There are times when I do agree (Man U IS definitely overrated *coughs* and sorry but Rooney, get yer fat ass off the pitch. You're a disgrace. >.< And big names have no right to bitch about being left off the national/Olympic side. Just cuz you're a big name, doesn't mean you have an automatic pass. Work for it the same as everyone else does, and then we'll talk. Why yes, I do have a lot of thoughts about footie LOL) but also times I disagree, like villifying players when they transfer clubs. It happens a lot in the NHL too (remember when Gretzky went from Edmonton to LA? Roy leaving the Habs? Yeah...). Meh. Ppl are idiots ( ... )

sure! i'd love to keep in touch via twitter.

oh man u is hilarious. to be fair, the EPL has so much drama, especially this year with the olympics and euro cup. :O did not know you watch the NHL!

i am still in toronto. med school got sidetracked for a bit, i took sometime to do research in infectious disease. maybe i'll go to med school next year? im liking research quite a bit though, but the job market is hard.
