Man, sometimes I feel that life goes faster than I can control. I think that it would be ideal to be an insomniac... think of having eight more hours at your disposal during a day!!! THAT would give me enough time to practice...
I am still finding it hard adjusting to being a guitarist. I mean, at trinity, everyone is bred to be a lawyer, doctor, or engineer, etc... and I know that I could just transfer to UF and become one of those, but there are times when I have this feeling that I was just MADE to play the guitar. Trinity has branded this pragmatism into me which makes me doubt myself, and it's quite annoying! I am also aware that I have the ability to write songs, but I'm too much of a perfectionist when it comes to music that I can't express them.
Eh, enough of the lj venting... I hope everyone is doing well - I'm really excited to start classes again, and I'm also hoping I can get outa my shithole dorm and into a better one. I'm making it a priority to record songs this semester, so keep bitching at me till you hear something, haha
