la vida es buena
aside from band not being very cool right now, things are still going pretty well for me. i'm actually really excited about saturday and i don't know why. just unjustified optimism, i guess.
i'm not very upset about homecoming, considering it is the gayest dance in the entire world (except last year kind of ruled) and i wasn't planning on going anyway. i do feel kinda bad for the seniors... on quite a few levels. first of all if they want to go to their last homecoming (for whatever weird reason) and can't, and second off that they have to leave after such a shitty season. i mean, as a junior, after i heard that wills wanted to cut off the season (not that he would really do that) i started thinking that maybe it wouldn't be the worst thing. we can stop the stupidity before it reaches even higher levels of suckyness and start off on a clean slate next year. but if i was senior right now i think i'd be going nuts. i'd be cracking skulls left and right. it would not be pretty. so, actually, i have enormous respect for the seniors right now simply for not going completely berserk.
here's an idea.... WHY DON'T WE ALL JUST STOP SUCKING?!
it seems simple enough, right? perhaps not. oh well. we'll see, i guess.
