It's been a quiet week in Vesscola, my hometown

So I'm back home, doncha know. Last week, I lingered around Champaign after work. I'd either bother Ted, or go buy a book, or see a movie, or work late, etc.

This week, I was supposed to finish a wedding video for the Rourke family. The video was supposed to be done months ago. I then set a firm final date of Tuesday, the 8th. Well, I was close.

I've basically just been working, then going home to edit, sleeping and then working again. In between, I listen to a lot of Garrison Keillor. So much, that he's started to replace my inner monologue. When I read other material like say a newspaper or a chemistry book manuscript, it sounds like Garrison Keillor. When I think through my day, what to do next, where to turn at the stop, it sounds like GK. I have listened to so much Garrison Keillor that I'm starting to get bored with it. Did anyone else know that Garrison Keillor could get boring?

Next week, I move to Urbana, greatly reducing my commute, and completely eliminating my need for an extra hour+ of Lake Wobegon. I will leave my hometown and return to sin and leisure in the big city of Saint Cloud.
