Today in music:
Listened to The New Pornographers today. Several times. I love it. Hard rock riffs with acoustic guitars and actual lyrics make it worth the purchase. Also, the lead singer(s?) voice{s?) again makes it soothing and nice to listen to.
Listening to the Foo Fighter's new cd (Again, seeing as I lack the precursors.) I thought I'd watch the music video that everyone (Read: Calvin and Meta) were talking about.
And... No joke. They shatter a sheet of glass with the power of rock.
And these speakers? Oh good lord, I thought they were good, but I can actually hear instrumentation I didn't know existed. Like in the Pretender, for example. That little guitar solo at the intro? Continues through the whole song. Never knew.
