Blood Ties
Just saw Blood Ties on citytv, pretty good adaptation of the Tanya Huff novel. Reading the Wiki, I have mixed feelings tho.

Sounds like they're doing a mix of "new" material to pad it out into a series, combined with a new sidekick for Vicki. Looking at the episode list, the only novel based stuff is the first two shows. ^_^; Hope that Tanya Huff is at least consulting on this, or it could get VERY campy, very fast.
