One more addition you can add to your morning shake: spices! Choose a spice, add to blender along with the other ingredients. Reap the benefits.
I am currently into adding cinnamon. But try ginger, nutmeg, or whatever you already have. Then once you realize you are committed to this crazy shake thing, think outside the box and try more exotic spices. I'm reading an ayurveda book right now and am dying to try some of the indian spices they talk about.
