I had a pretty funny dream last night. I was getting ready to leave some small-town local bar to go somewhere else when I noticed a banner hanging on a fence outside. It said the name of some band, featuring D'arcy Wretzky on bass and vocals. As in d'arcy from the Smashing Pumpkins. haha. Wtf? SP was my favorite band for years so I went back in to check it out since she basically fell off the map after they kicked her out for her coke problem.
The band kinda sucked but the hilarious part was D'arcy had like tripled in size. She was always really small but she was larger than life now. And she had these really gross boils all over her arms that were like pussing and bubbling. It was gross. And she looked far too wrinkly for her age. It was really bizarre. I don't remember what else happened, I think I was just grossed out and left. This one was pretty good but I don't think it tops the dream I had five or six years ago where SP were playing a show in my grandma's living room. I love my dreams sometimes.
