Drunken Post
I have the hipccups, man they are annoying. Anyways this was the last week of class at Wingate so I have officially made it through my first semester as a graduate students. Yay no more school work for a wmonth. Wednesday morning I woke up at 5:40am to drive to Concord (45 minutes away) with one of the GAs Amber to get free tickets to a concert that a radio station here was putting on. Took my final that afternoon, worked in the training room and then headed downtown to see Gavin DeGraw and Tyler Hilton (from One Tree Hill) perform at a club downtown. Walked in and Gavin was standing near the bar we were ordering drinks from so I went, "Hey Gavin can you take a picture with us?" and he said, "Of course." So once Amber emails it to me I will post it. They were both awesome. I wasn't a Tyler fan before the show but I am now. How is it that I can ask some random singer to take a picture with me but I can't ask a random guy to dance with me? They mysteries of life. I went downtown tonight to my favorite spot in Charlotte. Danced with some of Amber's friends; good guys. And because I boozed it up and was pretty desperate for some loving I got two kisses from a really hot guy named Jeff. Too bad when I asked him what my name was when we were leaving he said Jessica... to quote Thomas, "What the hell!?" That's life in Wingate/Charlotte. Five days until I'm in Florida, yippee!!
