I just got home from the Senior Scholarship night... it was interesting. Mrs. Neill had asked me if I would present the NHS scholarship, and if I wanted one of the other officers for next year to do it with me, so I asked Jess and she said she'd go. I guess you could consider it my first Presidential responsibility lol. We weren't presenting the scholarship until over halfway through the ceremony, and I remembered from my brothers' ceremonies, it would be a long time. It actually went by quicker than I'd planned. Jess talked the entire time. Not that that really surprises me however lol. In case anybody cares, Jess' nametag was hurting her. Yes, hurting her. I was like "did ya stick yourself with the safety pin? because they're just like... laminated paper...". It was interesting to see who was getting each scholarship, it was cool. I wish I was a senior dammit! Lauren did a good job presenting the French NHS award. Jess was flipping out about presenting it. She was like counting down, and asking me if her palms were sweaty, did her hair look ok (then again, when isn't she asking that?), and making the most random comments lol. Pliego announced our names and we went up... and I think we did a good job. Mrs. Baldelli came over and was like "you did a good job girls, you could be on TV!" it was so funny. Nicole Holland and Scott Mix got the NHS scholarships, in case you were wondering.

Anyway, umm... yeaaaaa... I need school to be over soon. It really feels like summer, so going to school each day is driving me crazy. However, I finished alllll my apus presentations today, so I don't have to worry about that now. And I got a 98 on my pre-calc test (freaking awesome considering I hadn't paid attention for over a week and taught it to myself the morning of the test). I also got an 87 on my chem year long. Sweeeeeet! Now if only I could figure out my unknown... hmm... yeaaaaaa that's a whole other topic I'd rather not discuss. I'm staying after school tomorrow with Marissa to work on them... hopefully we'll figure them out. *sigh*

And of course.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY JEANNA!! :-)
