It hurts to watch. Kain wonders if he ever really thought it would be different. He wants to be in Cecil's place -- or just with them both, fitting into the equation, another mouth to kiss, other hands to to touch, another body to feel. He hates, too, that he watches them like this whenever he can -- hates that he replays all of it in his mind over and over: every kiss, every moan, every thrust. He hates that he watches them with a hand pushed into his pants, squeezing himself, stroking, all the while unable to look away. He imagines being with them -- how he would kiss at Rosa's neck just as Cecil does, in that way that tugs a tiny plaintive moan from her, how he would touch Cecil, push him down on the bed and make him for once the one helpless under someone's touch.

Sometimes, he wonders if they could possibly know. Sometimes Rosa meets his eyes with a look so open that he has to look away, afraid she could read it there -- the want, the need, the desire that doesn't become any easier to hide with time. Sometimes after that he doesn't watch them, for a few days, but he can't stay away -- even if it hurts, even if it makes him ache and long for them, no matter how guilty it makes him feel...
