Weird Week

A 19 year old kid jumped off work's parking garage and killed himself two nights ago. Someone saw it happen, came over while he was still alive, and left. He then came back with friends and stole the kids cell phone.

The body was found a couple hours later.

This was caught on camera by the bank that's being built next door.
