Last night Melissa was surfing online on her laptop in my room while I tried to sleep. But instead of sleeping I couldn't help but tell her about the mini Asus Eee PC that I was researching about all yesterday afternoon. I got excited about telling her all about how affordable and cool it is which then rubbed off on her. She wants one now too! Haha. Then I unsuccessfully tried to sleep because every few minutes we would comment about the darn mini PC. When I told Melissa that this was it and that I really needed to rest up for the important CBEST she mentions a sale on two tiny mp3 players. The mobiBLU Cube was around fifty dollars while the Zen Stone ended up being forty dollars.
"Do you want this Ate Shana? You're the only one who doesn't have a personal mp3 player."
I thought about it for a while and decided to read a few reviews. The Zen Stone won on account of the ten hour of music play compared to the mobiBLU Cube which was weak in that aspect along with the price. I sort of jumped the gun to buy this. It was an online sale which ends today. Melissa even offered to buy it through her card while I'll just pay her in cash.
I guess the end of this quarter and the hype of the mini PC I found out about made me want to just buy something. I don't usually do such buying sprees but once in a while something like this hits me. I definitely don't need an mp3 player and was satisfied borrowing the ones my siblings' own when I did want to listen to music on a trip but I getting an mp3 player that is pretty basic, sleek and simple doesn't hurt all that much.
