ADORABLE rooms for rent in Davis Square July 1st and September 1st
I'm looking for 2 female roommates to share a four bedroom apartment with us. One room is available the July 1st and the other is available September 1st.
The house is very cute and super convenient. It is a 5 minute walk to theDavis T, 5 minute walk to the bike path, 10 mins to Tufts. All hardwood floors, redone bathroom, common area/living room nicely furnished, big kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and complete dishware, silverware, free washer and dryer, cute backyard with deck and tons of storage in the basement. Street parking is available with city parking permit. (Very easy and inexpensive to get)
The house has 4 bedrooms. One of them will be available July 1st for a 14 month lease till September 2008 and the other in September for a 12 month lease. The available rooms are almost identical. They have plenty of closet space, hardwood floors and have air conditioning. There is plenty of room for a full sized bed, desk, dresser, etc.
The rent is $600/month not including utilities (about $100 in the Winter and much less>in the summer:). We are looking for a female roommate. Sorry, no pets.
I am a 24 y/o female 2nd year grad nursing student. The other roommates are a 27 y/o female professional working near Alewife and a 26 y/o male Ph.d student who is very friendly and likes to cook...very nice and respectful. He is moving out August 31st.
We are neat and considerate and are looking for a roommate that likes to have other people around, and likes to hang out at times but also likes their own personal space.
