So now that my bipolar is doing better the other things come out to play. I just left an uptown music festival, in which I was with people who care about me, and I was seeing lots of people I know, and everyone was nice, because the anxiety got to be too much. (and when I got a ride for Rachel, the only reason left to stay was just for me, and that wasn't good enough).
My therapist and Bob tell me I need to really start using my ativan. Barbara (therapist) says that if I continue to go to social events where I feel anxious, I'm never going to reteach my brain the right way to be. My current state of affairs has developed from operant conditioning.

My hair is finally fixed from last year's fiasco (when the idiot at Fiesta bleached my hair before dying it). L'Oreal Paris Lightest Auburn. I've already gotten several compliments.

Interesting to find out tonight, the rent at the Community Arts Center is $80 a month. That's not bad. Hmmm.
