It's been crazy around here!
The last few weeks have been insanely busy and have flown by. There have been staffing issues at work, Christmas preparations, a weekend trip to Disney for my Mom's birthday and just the general running around that I normally do.
The trip to Disney was a lot of fun. My Mom and I took the kids for the weekend and stayed at the Disney World Dolphin resort. While we were there Santa and Mrs. Claus were also visiting for a little vacation and took time out to take pictures with the kids :) To add to the holiday cheer, hotel staff was on hand giving out freshly roasted chestnuts and hot cocoa.
This weekend will be filled with lots of cleaning and final holiday prep. I can't believe Christmas is next week. I'm as ready as I can be at this point, but as usual I'm feeling a slight panic creeping up... hoping I got everything I need and that I won't forget anything.
