(no subject)
so yesterday i had swim practice...it was pretty good...after that i taught the little kids! YAY! lol i love teaching them...i had more than usual though because dave (my swim coach) gave me another lane of like 5 kids...after that i stayed for a little while and talked to erika and caroline...when i got home i kind of just relaxed and rested for the rotary meet...before the meet my cousins, rachel and robyn, came over and we played pictionary..i was um a really good drawer/guesser hahaha not...i felt bad cuz i was so bad...then i went to the rotary meet and i was really nervous! there were 16 kids in my age group...we all had to swim 50 free, 50 back, and 50 breast..if you came in first overall in ur age group for that event, you got so many points, 2nd so many points etc...then whoever got the most points in the end and were in the top 3 got a plaque and stuff...i ended up winning the freestyle event overall, came in 2nd in backstroke overall, and breaststroke like 5th or something....i was really excited after when i found out i placed 2nd overall! =D the past two years ive been third, so i fiinally moved up a place! oh, and during my backstroke race i smashed my hand reeeeally hard at my finish and so today it hurts to move my hand.. today i had swim practice again, then i got to teach the little kids!!! it was a lot of fun today for some reason..i only had three kids, but they were quite amusing...after swim practice i kind of just hung out for a little while..then my little buddy john wanted me to go in the pool with him...during lunch john came running by and he started going crazy so i went to talk to him and he started telling me stuff like "if you come near me u wimp, im gonna kill u and kill u!" haha but he was laughing as he said it...i was like ummm you're 6 lol...later on josh, john, jake, and bobby started to like attack me...i tried to get them to stop but they wouldnt, and now i have a bunch of bruises =(...the rest of the day i pretty much hung out with the little kids i just mentioned (none of my friends were there in case you're wondering haha) and also kaleigh, patrick, killian, colleen, meghan, and brendon...it was actually a fun day! i like fooling around with the little kids...i stayed there until 5...now im here and waiting for my cousins to come over! =D
