Space MJ Goodness + Staples drawings
Last night I missed the Captain EO viewing and couldn't find the AIM chatroom. So I just watched it myself, lol. Is it sad that I know like every line in that movie? XD Of course two hours later, I was still on YouTube watching MJ videos and wondering where the time went haha. It cheered me up a little though - yesterday was one of the worst days I've felt in terms of MJ's passing :(.
Anyways, I thought I'd share a few things. 1) More Captain EO goodness in the form of macros, and 2) How I left my MJ mark @ Staples :). I'm aware that most of my posts & comments are "tl;dr" (I just learned what that was yesterday, LOL) so I'm putting these behind a cut.

I've been on a crazy macro-making kick. Thank you Shamone_mj for corrupting me this way! Anyways, here are some EO ones.
Some of them are a little corny :/. And I love Star Wars, but some of these had to be made :).
This past Friday, I wasn't feeling too great. But it ended up kinda being a MJ-filled day. I was at Staples when something caught my attention from one of those Sharpie marker stands:
See the little grave above the heart? :( So I drew this in response :).
And this :D. (Ugh, the pictures are all grainy cuz I took em with my cell phone -_-.)
Grr, you can't really see it. But there are sequins on the glove lol. And the hand looked better before I colored it in :/.
I actually ended up having to go to another Staples that day, and I couldn't help myself. There were no messages of MJ there, so I wrote this:

Later that day, I was at a Best Buy. I started to feel really emotional when I saw this entire stand of MJ's CDs. I started to think 'Why didn't this happen before?' and just kept thinking about him being gone. But when I walked over to the TVs & computers, these music videos were playing on one of the TVs. At first there was just P-Diddy & P!nk, and I felt bitter about MJ being not being played - which is sooo irrational, but whatever. But then Thriller came on and I just started beaming. And the best part was seeing this maybe 10-year old boy come over and watch it. He was transfixed (well how could you not be?) and when I got closer to the TV I heard him singing along very softly. It was so cute.
That was really nice because I was feeling upset but then seeing that just showed that in a way, MJ would never die & fade away. MJ said himself that he wanted every generation to discover Thriller and they're doing just that. I dunno, it was a comfort, definitely a Mike-tastic few hours :). Made me feel like MJ's somehow following me around indirectly, lol. I love days like that. <3
And since I'm showing a few mobile uploads here, I wanted to add these:
Ugh, you can't really make it out. But it's a pin of yummylicious MJ from Thriller era wearing a yellow sweater vest (I have the poster of this too ^_^). On occasion, when I've gone out and worn this particular blazer I've been wearing the pin too :). Most people don't recognize it right away, but I love it when they do.
So all the Captain EO awesomeness of last night reminded me of this video, and when I couldn't find it on the web I uploaded it myself :). Enjoy:

EDIT: I'm so sorry! I have NO IDEA why the video keeps AUTO-PLAYING, but it does :/. Just be aware that it plays with every refresh or if you go into the cuts.
How HOT is he in that?! I wish the quality was clearer :/ - oh well. Just watch it in HQ if you can.
*Sigh* I just love listening to his voice. He can instruct me any day!! XDDD Who's with me on that? ;)
