Letter to Atobe

Dec 23, 2005 11:54

To Keigo Atobe,

I wish you, again, a wonderful Christmas. I'm hesitant, usually, to do anything that reminds me of my family, but... With our strong English roots, I've chosen to introduce you to a Victorian tradition: The twelve days of Christmas. If you recall, I've already bestowed upon you two gifts--the gloves, and the watch. In the rather large package accompanying, you will find the remaining ten. I've had these for a week or so... Considering the circumstances I thought about not giving them; however, I did not wish to see them go to waste. Enjoy the happiest of Christmases.

Regards,
Lust

((Several owls arrive at the Atobe estate, carrying one large, plainly-wrapped box. Inside are ten gifts, individually wrapped, as follows:

-Fine French chocolates, in a variety of flavors
-The autobiography of a rather enterprising wizard businessman whom Atobe admires, autographed and personalized
-Six sets of silver cufflinks with gemstones, a different one in each (diamond, sapphire, amethyst, pearl, emerald, ruby)
-A stationery set containing a quill that automatically records what is being said and a container of the finest ink, as well as a wax seal kit with the Atobe family crest on it
-A jewelry box for the cufflinks that has an enchanted picture of two awfully familiar geishas on the lid, one with silver hair and one with black (...haha!)
-Gift certificates for a day spa near Atobe's home (enough money for him and his entire family if he so chooses)
-A bottle of red wine from a very good year
-New Quidditch robes that look almost identical to Atobe's official school ones, but that have some enchantments to make air flow better and are tailored specially for Atobe... Lust had a hell of a time getting these in on time... the company wanted to be slow so she paid a lot of extra to get them!
-A pair of lavender silk pajamas that Lust made herself, monogrammed (if he looks closely, the lining is the same violet color as Lust's eyes)
-(Because she likes making kimonos and related things now... GEE THANKS YAZOO)A full set for the New Year, made of the finest materials, including a kimono, split hakama, and haori

Atobe may open these in whatever order he wishes.))
