for my art assignment, we had to teach the class an art style you like. i chose stenciling, and it was going really well, but i had to leave early yesterday to go to salisbury.
so there's this boy in the class who has learning disabilities. i was weird about letting him use the X-acto knives, but he seemed okay. well after i left, apparently he threatened ms. kellam and another boy that he'd kill them with the knives. so now he has OSS and there's this big deal going on with the education board and sharp tools aren't allowed in the art classes (but they are in tech and cooking, which he also has?)
i feel pretty bad about it because it was kind of my fault, but what could i have done? i'm angry about how they're dealing with it though because no one is allowed to continue their projects, or use these tools when it was just him. the board knows about this boy, and still let him in a class where it's not all coloring and drawing.
