Huevos Rancheros
First off, I love my husband. We had a great day, and he just made awesome huevos rancheros (with tofu instead of egg) for dinner.
Second, I love my dog. We took him to Chatfield Reservoir this morning, which is this enormous area that has trees, lakes and rivers that dogs can run around off-leash in. He had a blast. He ran and ran and played with other dogs and actually came when we called him. He went in the water (though he wouldn't go far out enough to swim) and now he's a very tired and happy dog.
Third, I actually like my silly accounts payable job, and hope they offer it to me permanently.
Fourth, I love Denver.
I'm really happy right now. I just made mix CDs for new friends of ours, which is one of my favorite things to do. I had a good day, and I ate a good meal, and I don't have to work tomorrow.
