Mini Meet at Mine!

Can you let me know if you are coming for definate and when (ie fri or sat) asap so I can make sure there is room for people to sleep and that it also works to each persons needs - so if you need something in particular let me know that as well?
So far I have
Helena and Ais - Very front room - double air bed
Erianthe (if makes it)- Tiny leetle bedroom - Will try to get a single air bed as off to argos later.
I also have to let you know that parking here is STRICTLY LIMITED. Train is preferable for you probably. It is permit parking and I have visitor permits so no problem there but the roads are narrow, and it is limited, so getting a space, and your vehicle not getting damaged are concerns sometimes :P
For an idea of this people all close in their wing mirrors or else you lose it :P
The other thing is dietary requirements - I will provide all food unless we do a takeaway or something so I'll need to know in advance if anything special anyone needs or anything they don't like so tesco can drive it to me and i don't have to carry it :P.
For alcohol Morrisons is a walkable distance as is Sainsburys in the town centre and morrisons currently do 4 for 5 pounds on the KATY :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
