Weather: 5C and rainy
Physical Health: Low, tired, very depressed
Purpose of Ritual: To honour the new moon
Deities Invoked: Persephone, Hades
Approximate Length of Ritual: A little over an hour
Good ritual overall. I felt a little dizzy at first, but that settled down and I started to feel better as I got into the ritual.
I kept getting images of hands, and I'm thinking that has to do with my thinking about crafts and handiwork lately. Not only jewellery, but I updated some cross stitching patterns last night, and tomorrow I'm going out to buy supplies to make a dry erase calendar. I'm hoping this is a sign that I should keep working with my hands.
Even though my depression was rearing it's ugly head, I felt as though things would be alright. I felt very soothed and calm. It's making me feel very mentally prepared for therapy tomorrow.
