I hate smug entitled people with their off leash dogs. Go to a fucking dog park instead of acting like I'm the problem with my *on leash* dog.
This asshole neighbor of ours has yelled at me before and just now let his scottie dogs or whatever they are wander 20 feet away from him and pee all over our driveway, blocking my way back into the house. The dogs have a relatively calm temperament but he has zero control and takes over the full walkway every damn time, i move as far as i can off the path but the dogs follow us.
