I stuffed bhindi (Abelmoschus esculentus Moench) with peanuts and slow roasted it to crispy crackling goodness. The ease of bunging this recipe together makes me giggle.
Pfft, you should've tried cooking it yourself and surprising M with it. Why should peanuts make it sweeter? What variety do you use? I used regular shelled peanuts with skin. I first zapped them in the microwave to roast them and then removed the skin.
