if you mean the gradients then it is basically the first part of this tutorial. do you use photoshop? most programs also have a bucket fill that will fill with a two or more colors for a gradient fill. those textures are just gradient fills.

both that tutorial and this are excellent tutorials for gradient style textures. you can go as plain or as fancy as you like. if you need more help, let me know.
