the accident
I talked to my mom yesterday about my dad's car accident and she told me my dad was surprised the woman didn't die on impact. When he got over to her car he could hear her moaning and saw that she was breathing so he crawled into the car with her and held her hand while they waited for the paramedics. The woman had a collapsed lung, but it wasn't discovered until they were only a few miles away from the hospital. My dad approached the woman's family while in the emergency room to tell them he'd be praying for them and the woman, but the woman's sister started yelling at him, as if it was his fault. I understand why she did it, I probably would too, but it still irritates me since it wasn't my dad's fault. My parents hadn't heard if the woman had passed or if she made it, but had heard rumors she passed 20 minutes after her surgery. Well, the accident made the news last night on WZZM and that's when my parents found out the woman didn't make it.
