I always find something very intriguing in your drabble recs. This time it was Wells.

Great that they are of use. I should do them more regularly! I thought of you when I recced Wells, because you are about the only person I know that likes Lawrence of Arabia, as far as I know.

For me it is The Movie. I am constantly surprised how many interpretations and ideas I get about it.

I have the DVD but I've only watched it twice so far. The visuals are stunning, every image, every composition so well thought of. I also like the way it has its very own pacing. I must say I was about to fall asleep for the first time when I was watching the movie but I still respected the bravery to do things differently. Do you like other David Lean films, by the way?

I'd like to read something about Lawrence at some point. Suggestions? Preferably something translated into Finnish, but anything good that I could find in the public library would do.
