It's official - I'm a complete slattern.
Three weeks ago I had to dispense with the services of my cleaner - the wonderful woman who would come in once a week and tidy up all my crap, vacuum, wash and polish - but I haven't managed to wrap my head around the concept of doing my own cleaning.
Yesterday, unable to ignore the pit that was once my house, I pulled out the vacuum cleaner but quickly realised the bag needed changing - and that I didn't know how to do this. The last time I used a vacuum cleaner in this house was over four years ago and that old one has been replaced since with a very hi-tech machine.
Seriously considering taking a part-time job immediately just so I can pay some-one else to do this house-work shit!
