nursemae posted her response to the WORDS challenge a couple of days ago, and I asked her to give me 5 words, so here are her words, and my response to them :)

Star Trek
Oh yes, I have a love for Star Trek. I can remember that I did see some Sci Fi when I was a kid, I recall watching Space 1999, but that’s about it. Then when I was in the beginning of my 20’s I one day caught Star Trek: The Next Generation on TV, and I was hooked. They only showed a season or two on Danish TV, but then I found out that it was possible to watch it on German. And I was so hooked that I watched it even though it was synchronized into German (which I understood without any problems, after spending a year in a German boarding school)!

A friend and I who both love Star Trek, once talked about it, and we both agreed that the reason we like it, is because it shows faith in the future, and that people are able to overcome all their problems, and work together for a better place to live.

I have since discovered much more great Sci Fi, but Star Trek is still my first love, and Deep Space 9 is by far my favorite, followed closely by Babylon 5.

Movies
Another of my loves! I have wide taste in movies, and don’t only go for one genre. So I can watch and enjoy almost all kind of movies such as: chick flicks; action, romance, drama, comedy and a mixture of all of those. A good movie is the kind that keeps me occupied, and when I look at my clock, 2 hours have suddenly gone by. I can also re-watch good movies several times. The last couple of years I’ve wanted to put Schindles List on again, but I recall it being such a strong movie, that I think I have to be in the right mood to watch it. I also have a bit of a DVD collection, and my latest investment have been a flat screen TV, and a Blu Ray player, so now I can get an incredible movie experience at home with surround sound as well :)

Carnivale
The carnival here in Aalborg is much fun to go watch, and I love the people/groups that put a lot of work into their costumes, and performance. But alas many of the people who are in the parade are drunk, and don’t do that good a job of it, and it’s boring to watch them more or less stumble through the parade. Now one day it would be amazing to go and experience the carnival in Rio de Janeiro, I’m sure that’s amazing.

Spanking
I loathe it when people spank kids, and punish them. I’ve such pleased that it’s against the law to hit your kids in Denmark. It’s not right to let your hands talk, if you can’t reason with your kid. Nothing good comes of it, that’s my opinion.

Now erotic spankings, well that’s just plain hot!!! I love to let my hand caress a bare willing ass, and alter between spanks and caresses, always trying to switch tempo and rhythm, to vary the experience ;)

Books
Another of my loves. To me reading is a kind of escape into another world. I often say that I’ve inherited my love of books from my mom, because she loves to read just as much as I do. Again read many different kinds of books, but on top of my list is thriller’s, and I also enjoy some fantasy as well. I’m currently reading Terry Goodkind’s Sword of Truth series, and am on the 6th book in the series. It’s just so well written, that I have a hard time to put it down.

I remember that I also read when I was a kid. I still recall that the first book I read all by myself was Astrid Lindgren’s “The Brothers Lionheart”, when I was in the 2nd or 3rd grade, many moons ago. One of the things I have a hard time to get rid off is my books, even though I might have read some of them several times, I do save them, and will often give them a reread. I currently did some spring cleaning on my bookshelves, and packed down 85 books in two storage boxes that are under my couch. And I even put it into system, and made a list of the books that’s in each box, and stuck it onto it!
