So rehearsal for Taming, I believe, is going extraordinarily well. I can't say it enough how blessed I feel that I am working with my fellow cast mates. They truly are amazing and I am stunned while watching them work (as I have a small part and get to do plenty of watching). It humbles me. It makes me realize I have so many things to learn. I believe I have a more natural knack for film acting (though it is difficult to get cast even in the smallest stuff - eh hemmm....UM, lol) but theatre acting is a realm of it's own. If you can dominate your audience from goodness knows how many feet away on a stage, you have them in the bag when it comes to, well, anything else. It is always much easier (at least for me) to tone it down than to open it up. What can I say...everything happens for a reason. I'm just a *lucky* gal.
