You know, it upsets me JUST A LITTLE that my rent check appears not to have cleared the bank, especially since there is plenty of money in the account and it was sent in LAST WEEK. Nor is it so overdue as to merit a late fee--there's a 5-day grace period and I was well within the limit. (Ordinarily it would have gone in on 1 December, as it always does, but my landlord has moved and I had to find their new address.) Also, I cannot tell how much money I really have when things like this happen.

If I don't see something by Thursday, I am calling the landlord, and I will not be pleased, because this is in no way my fault.
