1 Plum Road
OK. Let me try this for the umpteenth time.
1 Plum Road. I left it unfurnished, because the majority of the time, I find I re-decorate houses I download to my own tastes anyway, & most others I know do the same. Plus it's less clutter in your downloads folder.

It's big enough for two sims as it is, though there is room to expand if you've a couple who decide to have a child, but can't afford to move. I also left enough room to put in a driveway, though you will need to push back the fence and the trees.

You may need to run this lot through Clean Installer. I have installed all EP's & SP's, except: AL, K&B, Ikea & Teen Style stuff.
