So, just coming off reading an awesome book, and taking into account that it's 4:30am here; this is awesome.
I HATE that there was no smut, it was tease after tease and I was really excited (not that I didn't like this chapter) but ... if there was a way of saying it without sounding disgusting/perverted I would say it.
looking forward to the next chapter, and praying that it comes soon.

Thank you! I'm sorry there was no smut, but believe me when I say the next chapter completely makes up for it and you may actually beg for mercy at some point. *winces* It's a really long chapter. Not all of it smut though, so, there's that.

Go on and say it. I mean, look at the title of this comm: 'the cock must come out'. There's no chance of looking disgusting or perverted here. You're among friends.

I love that Jeff's anticipation mirrors the reader's anticipation for the next chapter because you totally leave us hanging! Well done with that. And yeah, off the charts indeed!

I wish I could take credit for that, but, truth be told, it never occurred to me that it came out that way. Bad writer!

No, but seriously, I've had that happen before when writing a story where I unintentionally add a layer of depth or irony or significance that I didn't do on purpose. It's just one of those happy little things that happen and add a little something extra to a story.

And of course I won't look badly on you. So it was unintentional brilliance instead of planned forethought. :D

Thank you! Hee. I wish it were canon! However, I can't see the next part being shown on NBC, um, ever. Hehe.

Thanks again! I kind of loved that the Britta/Jeff banter, though not on par with the show, did turn out better than most of my other attempts. I'm working hard on writing the other members of the group, and this was a big step toward that.

(This is why 9/10 times I write only oneshots. It can sometimes take me *months* to pick a story back up again and write another chapter. I have respect for anyone who can stick with a storyline long enough to resolve a cliffhanger!)
