Oh, WOW. This is a powerful, powerful chapter. No lollipops and rainbows here; just bad dreams, hard choices, and painful actions.

I love your writing, you know; just LOVE it!

*Hugs*

I'm afraid this story doesn't have many lollipops or rainbows at all. I've just been extremely hard on poor Rose. :(

Thank you! :)

Oh! ::heart hurting:: I seriously held my breath for most of the second half. Your descriptions of this version of "Daleks in Manhattan" were perfect, and now I just want to huggle Rose. :(
Definitely looking forward to more!!

I'm sorry, didn't mean to hurt your heart. Well... maybe a little. And, when I say a little... ;)

Thank you. I want to huggle her too, poor thing.

This fic just gets better and better. I'm very curious about Rose's apparent clairvoyance!

Thank you, I'm glad you're enjoying it. I agree, I think she has that fear as well, and with good reason it turned out. *grumbles about 10.2*

She was harder and more prone to reach for a gun than to hold her hand out in welcome, although I think that was still inside of her. She just needed to find her way back to it. If only the Doctor had given her that chance.

Thanks for reviewing. :)

Oh wow.
*stunned*
What a powerful chapter. The fear, pain and guilt Rose feels is written so stunningly well. I love how you had Rose "act" like the Doctor when she came across the Daleks.

The Daleks say that Rose is no longer human...would that be why she's starting to "see" things and "know" things about the future?

I agree with what wishiknewwho says, that you're showing us how/why Rose became the character we saw in season 4.

And again, just wow.

Can't wait to read more!

Oh, thank you. I'm thrilled you're enjoying it. Rose does seem to be going through a bit more than her fair share of heartache. :(

I've always thought that if Rose were on her own, without the Doctor, and faced with Daleks or just any alien, she would step up and take his place.

*remains mum about Rose 'seeing' things*

I am, but a different Rose than the one we saw, of course, this being an AU.

Thank you for reviewing.
