A decent update for today.
My mom is getting irradiated every day now except for the weekend. She did have a CT before it started and that was clean, so we have some hope that she is on the right track. At least the invasiveness of the chemo is over.
I am still trying to make an appointment with Yomi to talk things out as two adults who are old friends. So far no good. God knows I tried. But just no response what so ever. *sighs deeply* I guess by realizing that a life can be ending very soon (I mean because of my mom) you can say I want this problem solved. I do realize better than earlier that life is with an end. You have to use the time you have best. Besides that he started to behave oddly towards me when I was around and I want to know why.
I am very busy with work and working on a year report for the EU (deadline the end of January!). I try to be online when I am having either some time before dinner or with a coffee break after dinner. I hope this way that I can keep my online friendships alive.
We had elections over here. Now this is a bit different compared to the UK or US where there are two large parties. We could choose from over 20 political parties. In the end the liberal government is now changed. Into what is totally unclear because we have now around 5 parties that can for a government. So that complicates a lot. At least is clear that we will have a government of 3 parties. But it can take up to a few months before its finished.
I went to see a colleague because I keep being tired, coughing and vomiting slime. She said I probably have a tough viral infection and that I should take some rest. So I think I’ll do that by having a quiet weekend. I will be doing some shopping for Christmas to buy a few presents. Although we do not celebrate it over here like in the UK and US, I thought it might nice to express my friendship towards my friends. So DIC and Evie be prepared!
So basically you can say that I am not too unhappy on this moment.
