Mike's birthday....
It's mike's birthday, for those who wish to know. He was very upset this morning because I didn't have some magical surprise planned for this morning. He still had to go to work...sorry, but that's just how it goes. and I was asleep. I did get up before he left to help him get ready, and made him lunch...but more than that I'm just not equipped to do first thing in the morning. I'm amazed enough that I managed to get up and find the kitchen that early.
other stuff....we got a new computer. Our old one kinda went "kablooie." Actually, the computer guys even said they were lucky to be able to get anything off the old computer at all. In any case, our new one is good for games, pretty pretty and we finally have a thin little monitor like everyone else. None of that huge ass, taking up the whole of our tiny computer desk stuff. It's not too bad. Of course we'll be paying for it for the next billion years probably though.
anyways, gotta git. have to figure out some sort of amazing surprise for mike tonight.
